My takeaways:
Our strengths:
> Paramount is a US based firm with many US resources
> strong Hyperledger Fabric
> focus on IBM cloud is good
> strong Cognos skills and related data services
> some Kubernetes experience, plenty of virtualization experience
> we are willing to provide direct marketing support to clients ( our first webinar on blockchain showed our ability to communicate well )
Our areas to improve:
> get our Fabric certifications
> more hands-on IBM cloud particularly use of specific cloud Paks ( data,
> more Kubernetes ( useful at Intain and elsewhere as well )
> more Watson studio --- that's enough to start. They really want to "showcase" a Watson prototype, a Kubernetes prototype from us alone with certifications
Our opportunity:
> become their 2nd best partner on the IBM embedded sales team
> look to replace their number 1 partner now who they clearly have real issues with

Wipro meetings

2005xx planned

focus areas

Let’s please move our meeting back one week. I’m still doing my best to get it signed… The issue is that our group executive is at home and does not have the luxury of his admin or a scanner where he is during this lockdown time. And we are also in the middle of an annual review of all current and potential new partners. I have placed you guys as a very high priority for North America along with one other company. Evidently we are extremely acquisition-focused right now and very partner-scrutinous/critical right now.
Scope in my mind:
  1.  Federal/state government opportunities in general. What are peas are out there right now that we can go after right now together? Especially given your specific status as a minority certified government federal supplier.
  2. Establishing a “meeting of the minds” between your blockchain team and my blockchain lab including a mutual demo of your latest supply chain solution and one of ours.
  3. Potential opportunities and ways to target the federal government and healthcare such as the HHS and other agencies that are formally involved in this Covid-19 battle… Medical testing, supply management, anything related to healthcare in the related data, our group is eager to see if there are current opportunities given everything happening.
  4. Any other commercial opportunities or interests, such as your desire that we potentially white label the supply chain solution that you built and have a few clients signed up for.

Instead of sharing private data within a collection of multiple members, you may want to share private data across collections, where each collection may include a single organization, or perhaps a single organization along with a regulator

Private data can be shared with members not a member of a private data collection

Member receiving shared data can verify the transaction is valid by matching the on-chain hashes

Private data allows custom, optional endorsement policies that override smart contract endorsement policies

For example, 2 orgs with private data may have to endorse the transaction as well

For direct, per-organization private data sharing, private data collections do not need to be defined first
