My focus on ATARC working groups
HI
I'm interested in several ATARC working groups. As a Product Advisor to Sybal.io, I participate in solution strategies and architectures for government use cases focused on automated digital governance and AI. I lead the Hyperledger Public Sector SIG focused on AI, blockchain, automation, security technologies, related public sector use cases and solutions. As a member of the expert panel of the EU Blockchain Forum, I participated in key research around regulations, use cases and technologies producing research reports for the EC. I was the project manager for Rhode Island's Digital Identity MVP. In addition, I've had roles as Director, Data Architect, Enterprise Architect, Engineer and Product Manager for IBM, Fidelity, Citizens Bank and other firms working in different regulated environments.

My focus on ATARC Generative AI working group
HI
I'm interested in joining the Generative AI ATARC working group.
I've been working on Generative AI Public Sector use cases, LLM solution strategies and testing, governance, Zero Trust concepts and regulation directions for the last 18 months in my roles as Sybal.io Product Advisor on government use cases, Hyperledger Public Sector SIG leader, expert on the EU Blockchain Forum doing research on trust, regulations and governance including AI. I've worked with the major LLMs as they've evolved ( ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Vertex API ) and completed 2 Google schools on Generative AI.
