Craig Vogel we hear you. We're actively testing this to work out kinks and will be sure to update here as soon as it's available. In the meantime, to help with more control over the layout on your page we've already add the left and right sidebar layouts to the "Columns" element. You can either add it via the Columns menu item in the main toolbar or by typing in page "/columns" or "/layout".

the old prompt to switch to another user account in Confluence as lost this week on a login page update ( 01/23 )

Symptom

  1. User goes to profile to switch to another Confluence user

  2. User selects the account to switch to

  3. Confluence ignores the account selection and lets user access page for view only ( no edit )

Work around

  1. deleted the confluence cookies in chrome
    killed, restarted chrome
    the default user was j.m@swt
    accessing khub jm had editor access to the space

  2. logged into gmail for jm9 next
    logged into psoft next
